choice on the shoes Mate... sorry, I did put some heels on one side to
take with me but half way to the gardens I realised I left them. Result-
pretty dress with silly baseball trainers (awfully comfy silly baseball
trainers though...). My mum would be so proud. I am sure she would also be proud of my bird lady hair, it's getting awfully out of control, to the hair dressers we go.
The Botanic Gardens in Glasgow are one of my favourite places, I love the 19th Century white greenhouse the best as the metal work is just beautiful, but the other greenhouse has the better plants. Definitely worth a visit if you go to Glasgow. It is a watering hole in the summer and every inch of grass has relaxed looking students with Mr Whippy ice creams. The West end also has really nice privately run shops ranging from vintage to the best sandwich joint in town.
