I love you, but you don't know what you're talking about

This little lighthouse is so cute, they are currently trying to convert it into a house which may be the best idea for a house ever- I wonder if they, like me, watched Moonrise Kingdom for inspiration? Imagine a living room in the lantern! So anyway, I shamelessly lurked in their driveway to take these pictures hoping to be subtle and none intrusive. However, small country road resulted in me having to use their land to turn around. I did pay in karma though, rescuing one of their sheep that had it's head caught in the wire fence. Oh well, Halloween outfit sorted Suzy Bishop, you have the best wardrobe!

The thoughts you once gave me

(Raspberry skirt: H&M Trend, Cross stitches top: Topshop, Floral jacket: ASOS, Purse: H&M Trend, Necklace: Miss Selfridge, Shoes: Swedish Hasbeens) #teenvogue

Two observations from this post, one I have an inability to straighten the back of my hair, oh just face it, the entirety of my hair and two, my knees look like old Benjamin Button. The young Benjamin Button? Whatever, the wrinkly one. Maybe we should move on to how much this skirt looks like a raspberry? Logical to then wear it to berry pick, you know what isn't logical, taking a white bag berry picking. Bad idea.

Favourite Things

1. Sandal Weather. Cracking out the gold Swedish Hasbeens for a day Natural Trust garden tours. Sincerely, these shoes are the comfiest things in existence, the leather is so soft it is like not even wearing shoes. They also make your feet look small which is a blessing for my less than feminine giant, skinny feet. These are all very positive points without even considering the fact they are gold.

2. My sisters hair. Well, she has had purple hair for maybe a year now but it looked very pretty today and with a purple field full of foxgloves I kind of had to take a picture of it. She is ridiculously good at predicting, whether accidentally or intentionally, things that will become a new trend before they actually become one.

3. My mum's super cute outfit for our day out! She looks amazing in a dress and hopefully acknowledging how great she looks will mean she will wear them more. You look great Mama.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend full of sun and family time!

With love from,

Emma
