(High neck scuba tee and plaid skirt: ASOS, Chandelier necklace: DIY, socks: Accessorize, Mary Janes: Miu Miu , Purse: Mulberry) #teenvogue
There is something deeply intriguing about this church yard in that it has a Stone Circle in it. It's perfectly ironic. I studied Archaeology for three years in University and excluding the course that took 3 months to try and convince the archaeology students that archaeology was a legitimate subject, I loved it. Maybe more in-hindsight. I am a big collector (hoarder) so I find the whole thing fascinating. I am going to end up like the crazy lady curator I met at University who proudly showed me her mummified cat that had appeared in her possession. The most concerning part was that she had made it a bed in a tupperwear box. This bed had pillows and a duvet. ULTIMATE CAT LADY- no debates.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore this outfit, the muted dark blues with the greys and the tan bag, ahhhh perfection! And those shoes are so beautiful!
ReplyDeletex
I was trying to be as ladylike as you! xxx
DeleteYou're right, a stone circle in a graveyard is very intriguing! I really love this outfit. Your shoes are beautiful, and I can't believe they're Mui Mui. I would love a pair of Mui Mui shoes! I would also love to see how you DIYd that necklace :) The socks and heeels combo is really cute, and blue is one of my favourite colours, you look great in it!
ReplyDeletep.s. I have not yet visited the original home of the deep fried mars bar, but I've heard great things about it so maybe I should! xx

She is my life inspiration. xx
DeleteThat skirt again! It makes me think of Blair Waldorf. ♥ The last snap is beauuuutiful. I love that you studied Archaeology, it must've been so interesting.
ReplyDeleteTara xo
It is very Blair. I need a hair bow! It was interesting, loved the Asia stuff and the human past bits, not the flipping Romans or Byzantium though... xx
DeleteYour hair is SO beautiful, I'm very jealous! I love your bag too xx
ReplyDeleteThe blue in your plaid Asos skirt coordinates perfectly with the blue of your high neck scuba tee, and your necklace is pretty. Your hair and makeup look very pretty too. The stonework at the site of your photoshoot is fascinating. It's easy to see why you would find it archeologically intriguing.

Great shoes! I love your pictures! Always are inspiring ;)
ReplyDeleteLaughed out loud at those cat lady antics, a little bit of horror was definitely thrown in that she keeps a mummified cat in a tupperware box with a pillow and quilt. I like to think that my love for Rufus doesn't extend to the craziness that I'd keep him mummified in a box. That's weird and kind of gross! Anyway!! Your outfit is gorgeous as usual, do you ever look slobby in jeans and a sweater like the rest of us?! xxx
ReplyDeleteIt was a little gross, but I admire her commitment to her job. Ha, never jeans, PJ's yes! xx
DeleteI absolutely love the shades of blue in this post, in your outfit and the church door you seem to really think about the surrounding you photograph in! And the crazy cat lady seems somewhat terrifying! that really does take cat lady-ness to a whole new level!!
ReplyDeletethat skirt is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteYou should look at curating in St Andrews, it looks like a fascinating course. I was tempted, but then I found Oil and Gas and money- I am a traitor.
