(Red Jumper: Ralph Lauren Rugby, Pleated Skirt: H&M x Versace, Purse: Zara, Thigh Highs: Jeffrey Campbell, elephant necklace: Forever 21) #teenvogue
I know Christmas is over but this is a great festive jumper. Don't get me wrong, I like a jumper with lights and humorously placed Christmas puddings, but festive doesn't need to smack you in between the eyes- I blame novelty Christmas jumpers on you Bridget Jones. This jumper is also lovely in that it has aged well and is easy to wash. A+ Rugby, shame you disappeared. Which is a shame, as it is difficult to find good quality knitwear now with minimal bobbles and no acrylic.
With love from,
Emma x

I know they're typically viewed as a classic 'can't do anything wrong' piece, but I've never been much of a fan of those Ralph Lauren sweaters. However, this post may have changed my view, I love it in this outfit you've paired it with! Those boots are KILLER as well, they definitely stop it looking too preppy.
ReplyDeleteThe photos are amazing as usual! xx
They do age really well, I'll give Ralph that. The rugby ones were good because they didn't have the snooty Ralph Lauren symbol on them. Oh yeah, slutty thigh highs ruin any solid preppy look!

Stunning photos! Those boots are so incredible, I love how you styled them!

You look fabulous as always gorgeous! I love your elephant necklace, I thought it'd be from somewhere much more expensive! There's a new-ish Forever 21 in Liverpool that I'm yet to venture into, definitely need to go have a nosy when funds will allow it. Santa was very generous this year and I received so many wonderful things (my favourite Vivienne W perfume, binoculars a la Suzy Bishop, Panda bear slippers and much more!). What did Santa bring you dear? xxx
ReplyDeleteNo, good old F21!! You will definitely have to check out their jewellery section, they have some killer things. Ah, we match now. I call for a synchronized Suzy Bishop dress up day!

ReplyDeleteChristmas jumpers should be worn throughout the year with no shame! I wear my white fluffy jumper with fair isle pattern on too much... xxx
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThe Christmassy colours I think should be continued, especially as it's going to get so cold, and what better colour than red?
Hmm maybe...
Happy New Year right back at you Emma! I am glad to have you onside with this outfit.

Ah I love the small gold details on your skirt and how it's pleated and everything (i get total skirt envy whenever I look at your blog)!
ReplyDeleteI love a skirt. When I think I have found a new shop I'd like to buy from I always check their skirts out first. It is very telling!
